Our Belfast office is based at Lesley Studios, May Street, and handles sales, lettings and acquisition of retail space, with expert advice in relation to shopping centre and high street retail development. Our Property Management Team is responsible for the management of many high profile schemes including Victoria Square, Belfast, which opened in March 2008. We are recognised as commercial property management leaders in Ireland, responsible for the management of a portfolio worth in excess of 4billion with an annual rent roll in excess of 85millon and annual service charge expenditure of 35million. Our team also provide the full range of professional services including Valuation, Rent Reviews and CPO advice. We work closely with our Dublin and Cork offices to provide professional advice throughout the island of Ireland.
